At the top of Restelo, Moinhos de Santana Park brings together two old windmills in a green space overlooking the city and the Tagus. Its slopes connect garden paths with elevated viewing areas, relating the site’s agricultural past to the urban growth of Belém and Ajuda. Lawns, a lake and recreation areas make it suitable for a visit combining walking and rest. The viewpoint is part of the park and must be visited while its gates are open. It offers an alternative to Belém’s riverside viewpoints, looking at the landscape from the hillside.
