At the top of Parque Eduardo VII, beside Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira, this viewpoint follows the axis descending through Marquês de Pombal Square and Avenida da Liberdade towards Baixa and the Tagus. The patterned lawns make the park’s layout legible, while the hills frame the city’s central valley. Nearby, the monument commemorating the 25 April Revolution and Amália Rodrigues Garden extend the walk northwards. The outdoor viewing area can be visited as a separate stop without entering Estufa Fria or another park attraction. It is a useful place to understand the connection between the historic centre and the avenues developed to its north.
