Luneta dos Quartéis Viewpoint

Luneta dos Quartéis belongs to the group of viewing places designed for Monsanto Forest Park. It uses an elevated position in the woodland, with a small garden and openings towards the western landscape. Its arrangement forms part of the history of Keil do Amaral’s work in the park, where routes and recreation facilities were conceived in relation to the surrounding territory. The outdoor space can be combined with walks around Montes Claros and Moinhos do Mocho. Activities housed in nearby buildings have their own access arrangements, separate from the viewpoint walk.
